LONDON GRACE: Quite possibly the best business idea of 2015?
This week
I’ve found myself inundated with blog topics for discussion and I’ve got lots
of things to talk about! But I must start with an update on my things to do in
London list… Just last weekend I managed to complete one of my latest additions
to my list; #31 Coffee, Cocktails and Nails at London Grace, Putney. My
housemate Jemima and I made it over to SW London for the day last Saturday for
a ‘Hunky Dory’ Gel Polish Mani and I am still in love with my new nails!
We came
across London Grace’s nail bar on Instagram after browsing all sorts of lovely
things and pretty accounts and so we made it our mission to get over there at
some point this year for a much needed pamper session. I have to say it really
is a brilliant little spot on the corner of a street in Putney and I think it
might just well be one of the best business ideas of 2015! They opened a year
ago in January and they seem to have thought of EVERYTHING! From your standard
coffee and cocktails served by the fully trained baristas/nail techs in one to
a baby-sitting service 9-1pm! In addition to this they serve snack bowls, cakes
and other sweet treats and you can even hire out ‘The Grace Space’ for hen
do’s, birthday parties, baby showers and corporate events! 
They even
have a full range of coloured polishes, creams and removers for you to bring
your mani home with you!
I was
incredibly impressed with the service and all that they had to offer. We were
greeted at the door, had our coats hung for us and hot drinks offered while we
waited. We even had a moment to take a browse over the latest edition of the
Stylist (which they are also stockists for!) before the nail techs came over to
give my nails that little refresher they so desperately needed!
Happy
hour runs from 3-4pm on a Monday and Tuesday, any treatment booked between 9
and 10am entitles you to a free coffee with your mani/pedi and any treatment
between 5 and 6pm entitles you to a free glass of wine!
If you’re
about in London and have a spare hour free you really must pop over to Putney
